Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Case Manager (Purchased/Referred Care – PRC) to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) at the Fort Peck Service Unit in Wolf Point, Montana.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted advocate for patients—helping ensure they receive timely, coordinated, and appropriate care while navigating the PRC referral process. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate and manage care for patients with complex or special healthcare needs

  • Review outpatient referrals for medical necessity, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness

  • Work closely with PRC staff, providers, and outside facilities to ensure smooth transitions of care

  • Track consults and referrals, including deferred services, to support quality improvement efforts

  • Serve as a clinical resource to improve patient outcomes and streamline referral processes

What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program

  • Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state or territory)

  • 3+ years of RN experience, including 2+ years in case management or PRC-related work

  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)

  • U.S. Citizenship required
